The enigmatic Watcher makes his debut in this very issue! On a mission to the moon, the Fantastic Four meet Uatu, better known as the Watcher, who is tasked to watch humanity but never intervene in their affairs. And on the way to the moon, the FF see a nearby Russian ship being hit by cosmic rays and the Russian crew are affected in a startling way!
